Merging MSP and VCF variant/ ancestry calling is .0|.1 correct? #48

Hi,
We are Trying to match phased ancestry calls in MSP with haplotype calls in vcf.
I assumed the .0 call before matches up with the haplotype before the pipe, is that true?
