[Feature Request]: Disable model loading on startup.

What would your feature do ?

I want to request a feature to disable model automatic loading, as i also use comfyUI for simpler generations, as i've not figured out img2img properly or controlnet being finnicky, so automatic's works better there and has more features, but as automatic1111 is the only one with a proper "model browser" with images and whatnot, i want to request a setting to disable automatic model loading for us who runs this barebone automatic just for showing models and their names to use in other diffusers.

Proposed workflow

Go to settings, stable diffusion tab, uncheck "automatically load in last model used/default model"
