Interchain Stack Upgrade

This issue seeks to track interchain stack upgrades

Cosmos SDK

Our current cosmos SDK fork is on version v.034, so we need to upgrade and reach V0.50

It's possible for us do proper upgrades in Cosmos SDK to avoid the need to keep maintaining CometBFT
