Not quite docker-compose, but i've added a working Dockerfile so you can build the image for the scraper yourself. ES and DB still need to be provided. Maybe one of you can open a PR with the docker-compose.yml that would run those two in parallel, Prefinem is still merging PRs.

Hey guys, sorry for not being responsive. I have moved to a different job and city over the past few months, and a lot on my plate.

I will get back to this, but unfortunately right now it will be a bit before I do. I will merge in PRs since they easy enough to do, but for the time being, mainline development has stopped. Again, sorry for not letting you guys know sooner
