Use Common Parameters

I was looking to use OpenAPI common parameters (both query and header), and while I can create these in the source YAML, they don't appear in the UI at all. Including that when I reference them in operations, they don't appear as parameters.

First-class support would be ideal, being able to define them in the UI and view them in their own section. But at least understanding the hand-created reference, to display under an operation, would be the minimal necessary capability.
