Create customer registration flow

Take help from create item flow

• start from login.html page
• create customer-registration-handler.jsp
• make change in CustomerServlet.java
• make changes in CustomerServiceImpl.java
• write prepared statement to insert customer details in database in CustomerDaoImpl.java
