[Feature-request] Can generate custom poller/polling methods

The generator can generate customer poller/polling methods.

Thanks for feedback.
Standard LRO polling only has several patterns which are already integrated into azure-core, while custom LRO polling may have unlimited possibilities, so it is a little hard to generate for custom poller/polling. We will collect more feedbacks and see if codegen could do something for better usage experience about customization.
