Windows mock auto lock renewer test fix quite often in these days. CI/livetest

We should:

  • investigate to see if it's an implementation issue
  • if not, then tweak the test, e.g. increase time in the test
  • also we should consider getting the sleep interval back to 1 to save cpu cycles
