When deploying tier3 or an add-on, private link resources will fail if the firewall "Basic" SKU was used to deploy MLZ. This is caused by the decentralized DNS configuration. To ensure DNS works correctly, any new networks will need to a "Virtual Network Link" to every private DNS zone in the hub resource group.
