MLZ Option to deploy Windows VM - No VM Deployed

Description

Selected to deploy the Windows VM and no VM was deployed. This was attempted on the US Gov cloud via the Blue Botton deployment and did not test the Linux VM option.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Selected default Network parameters and options for all other options
2. Utilized the same subscription for Operations, Identity, Hub, etc.
3. Selected the Windows VM checkbox
4. Filled in the VM User Name and Password fields

Expected behavior

VM Deployment in one of the Resource Groups created.

Actual behavior

All other MLZ resourced deployed in pertinent RGs but no VM deployed.

@JCoreMS, thanks for reporting your issue. I was unable to replicate it and successfully deployed a Windows VM. Please let us know if you can replicate the problem again. I will be closing your issue for now.
