Benefit/Result/Outcome
Simplify the deployment for a "is this thing on?" and "what does it do?" scenario.

Description
Recent changes to the deployment of the frontend have made it possible to stand-up all the required resources to support an MLZ deployment with just a subscription ID. We should duplicate those efforts for a command line deployment.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Use the defaulting logic in setup_ezdeploy.sh to set some MLZ configuration defaults and generate a mlz.config file
  • Update the terraform variables.tf in each module with default values from known working generics
