Description
Hashicorp implemented a URI check in version 2.45 that was not compatible with the air gapped clouds. Hashicorp updated the check in version 2.67 that should be compatible with the air gapped clouds

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run deployment in air gapped cloud

Expected behavior
Deployment completes successfully

Actual behavior
Deployment fails after creating the Secret resources in Key Vault for the jumpboxes
