mincANTS exit code is 0 even when file writing failed #33

e.g., when permissions on the output file are wrong or the disk fills up (leaving a partially written file).
This confuses our pipelines and causes weird errors in successive stages.

I'm also unsure which versions this affects since mincANTS doesn't seem to have a -version flag ...

probably , the solution will be to replace ANTSex... with "return ANTSex..."
around here: https://github.com/vfonov/mincANTS/blob/mincANTS/Examples/ANTS.cxx#L260
