In Novemeber 24, 2015 only ~500 genesets in human have genes associated with them. Looks like is from a failure of synergizer. The build returns gmt files but any genesets that relies on a synergizer conversion is empty. This issue is no indicated in the log.

Add summary of conversions to log file so we can easily see when nothing has been converted by synergizer.

Still no way to flag the conversion have failed.
But did fix the specific issue that made the gmt files mostly empty in this commit 41efea9
