When I run bloop locally, but there is an error

Expected behavior
when I run cargo run -p bleep , it is show Message: called Option::unwrap() on a None value

To Reproduce
os: 14.3.1
rust: 1.73-x86_64-apple-darwin

// run qdrant_storage
docker run -p 6333:6333 -p 6334:6334
-v $(pwd)/qdrant_storage:/qdrant/storage:z
qdrant/qdrant

// location file
local_config.json config

How can I resolve this issue?

I haven't figured out why the local_config.json file is being ignored, but I successfully ran the program by providing the OpenAI and GitHub keys via CLI parameters. I used the following parameters --github-access-token=<your token> --openai-api-key=<your token> when running the program.
