Describe your idea, in simple words.

Would be really helpful if we can have an endpoint to estimate the execution units for a posted transaction.

Why is it a good idea?

Right now, it is very complicated to calculate the execution units outside without Plutus suite.

Are you willing to work on it yourself?

I wish, I'm a n00b.
