If this repo has become abandoned could it be labelled as such.
Equally, can the reference to exporting bibtex be removed as this feature does not work in version 1.13

Dear @kevinhosford, this project has not been abandoned because it is heavily used in other projects like mining subsystem of the OpenAIRE project. We focus on fixing major bugs though so currently it's more in a maintenance mode than flourishing development.

Hi, I also having problem in exporting to bibtex. Generally the problem in using the -outputs option. I tried to run the following command:

java -cp cermine-impl--jar-with-dependencies.jar pl.edu.icm.cermine.ContentExtractor -path path/to/directory/with/pdfs/ -output "bibtex"

But somehow it throws this error: Unknown output types: [bibtex]

Yes, I have the same issue with the bibtex option:

Unknown output types: [bibtex]

Same issue, option bibtex does not exist. Documentation still says it's there. Sad. Need to do some further trickery.
