Adapt initial positive set to sequencing depth and read length #27

We could make a more suitable positive set by taking into account read length (to get appropriate maxmmes figures) and sequencing depth (we could then require more than one alignment to support the junction, as well as use entropy for example).

The current version has the ability to switch between different rulesets. "Precise" mode would be more suitable for deep datasets.
