[BUG] Brew installation now broken after the release of Python 3.7 #35

Portcullis is looking for Python 3.6, however, Brew tries to install and link Portcullis to Python 3.6. Brew does not allow to install a specific version of Python (from a quick search on google, at least), so this version update breaks the Portcullis installation on MacOSX.

Do you know if there is still an issue with brew on Mac? I will need to upgrade the brew formula and conda recipes at some point in the near future.
