Hi,

I'm playing portcullis and I love it. My question is how can I obtain read count of each intron in the pass.junctions.tab file? According to your Metrics HP, nb_raw_aln is probably what I want. But I think it does not seem to match what I see on igv viewer. Nb_raw_aln is not the read count?
