Description
Settings that are set in the initialSettings object cannot be later set via URL parameters.
For example, setting TimeoutIfIdle to true in the intial setting in code means that the url parameter for TimeoutIfIdle will not work.

Expected behavior
InitialSettings can be overriden if required.
