1. Open staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open the same link in the new tab and look at the API calls

Expected Result:

Since the ND is not opened from an olddot link API should not call OpenOldDotLink

Actual Result:

OpenOldDotLink is called

Couldn't reproduce, and others here couldn't reproduce either. Will close for now since it doesn't seem like a big issue, can take this on again if bug re-appears.
