Upgrade llvm, and restart FAHClient normally

Steps To Reproduce

1. Upgrade llvm-libs to version 11.0.1-3
2. Restart FAHClient
3. See URL above, with the errors.

Context

Issue is simple. Keep my system up-to-date, and lose GPU folding capability.
