Always show the Run/Resume button and the Pause button for each Machine

Issue #74 is nearly complete with the FAH v8.4.3 release. I think it would be complete if the Run/Resume button and the Pause button were always shown for the 'Machine'.

Mostly because pressing the Pause (Finishing) for the Machine doesn't let you resume for the PC until it finishes. Or, this case makes that weird: if you pause individual resource groups, you have to pause all of them to get the Machine's Run/Resume button to show up. For the image below, I 'Finished' one Resource Group and 'Paused' the other to update FAH to the latest, and now I want to restart folding. The controls for the specific PC are what I would like to use to resume/restart folding here, and to not change the state of the other 6-10 PCs, where only the Pause button is shown:
