Add ability to prove team ownership

If your account email address is not the same as your team founder email then you cannot edit the team settings via Web Control. An option should be added to "claim ownership" of a team by sending a reset code to the team email. The reset code can then be retrieved and entered via Web Control. This will update the team email to match the account's email and give the user control of the team settings.
