Estuve jugando un poco con el nuevo QR y leyendo por ahí encontré este artículo: https://dev.to/lmillucci/javascript-how-to-decode-the-greenpass-qr-code-3dh0
Al parecer el nuevo QR cumple con esas características. Hice una prueba escaneando el QR y sacando los datos manualmente, pude obtener toda mí información siguiendo ese artículo. No se que tan útil sería hacer un pull request ahora, ya que ví que quizás cambien los QR nuevamente
