We are a group of researchers from the CNR (Italy), we would like to use the Open-JIP for a project concerning the use of algae in the determination of pollutants in rivers and lakes.
We do not have skills in electronics and therefore we have some problems with the information present in the files related to the Open-JIP version 0.31.
In particular:
The components to buy are the sum of those indicated in the files .csv (folder: Bill of Materials -> Circuit Board ->version 0.1 and 0.3), for the components included in both lists we take the values indicated in the file version 0.3, correct?
on the PCB diagram (folder: Electronics -> 0.3 -> Open-JIP(KiCad)_T3.6 -> Gerber_v0.3_T3.6) there are resistors that are not present in the list of material to buy ( R12 and R13). What values do we attribute to these resistors? Also in the list there are capacitors (C8-11) that are not present on the PCB and in the file "Schematic.pdf", they are not necessary?
in the file "schematic.pdf" to many components are assigned different values from those shown in the list of material to buy. For example R1 is 20 kohm in the scheme and 2.3 Mohm in the list; C1 and C5 100 nF in the scheme and 1pF in the list. What values should we consider?
Many thanks for making the material available and for your patience
Bruno
