Determine how to provide an option the read-in or translate GEDI L2b data to geoparquet for potential use in visualizations specifically using lonboard.

I added an example of how to write to a geoparquet file in this notebook: https://github.com/ICESAT-2HackWeek/icepyx/blob/feat/hdf5_arrow_table/doc/source/example_notebooks/IS2_GEDI_arrow.ipynb, see "Write to geoparquet, load from geoparquet into data frame"

Note, for some reason the to_arrow function from geopandas.GeoDataFrame isn't working
