Thank you for asking.

The package relies on the command line tool rsync which is available for most Linux distros. To make it work on Windows I believe it should be possible to use cygwin. However I haven't tried. Also a quick search revealed that there may be a program called acrosync, which may do the trick. So if you can make your command line aware that there is a program called rsync, then it may work.

If one of these approaches would work, I think the package may be used on Windows. It may require some changes as the API on the command line is probably not exactly the same.
