Inconsistent kerning when using Triple curly braces with ligatures

Triple curly braces look weird when ligatures are enabled.

Enabled in Intellij

Disabled

The ligature for double curly braces should be disabled when there's more than 2 in a row, like it happens when going from 3 to four minuses/plus/shashes in a row.

note: I can reproduce this issue in other IDEs/editors so this seems an issue in JetBrains font.
I failed to reproduce this issue in other font like Fira Code.
