Consider using jaredpar/basic-reference-assemblies for the ready-to-run option

Jared has an API for getting the reference assemblies for any particular .NET version simple, and it's designed to make roslyn compilation easier. Consider using that as part of the code in the ready-to-run samples, instead of trying to construct them manually from the currently-loaded assemblies: https://github.com/jaredpar/basic-reference-assemblies.
