This is a meta-issue to keep track of feature requests/bugs in other projects that affect Pavex.

IDE experience:
- Auto-completion and go-to-definition inside the f! macro
  - Go-to-definition and auto-completion inside a macro_rules invocation rust-lang/rust-analyzer#14999
    - Blocked on Tracking issue for #![register_tool] rust-lang/rust#66079
  - Go-to-definition and auto-completion inside a macro_rules macro invocation intellij-rust/intellij-rust#10543)
Pavex's CLI performance:
- Add an unstable --output-format option to cargo rustdoc rust-lang/cargo#12103
