log disabling and enabling menu items

There is no logs when an item in the view menu is disabled.
I am talking about controller.update_menus. It disables some menu options based on what the current handler sets in it's menus attribute. Some menus are disabled because it hasn't been implemented yet. When implementing it, having a log telling you this specific menu item was disabled by controller will really help.
