同一局域网下，手机端相当于服务器，网页端相当于客户端，本质就是客户端向服务器上传文件，就跟你在电脑上建一个javaweb项目，放置到tomcat服务器上，只要电脑和手机在同一个局域网下，你手机上可以访问javaweb项目资源，本质是一样的。所以脱离局域网，你就需要租一台服务器，实现网页上传apk到你的服务器，上传完成之后，服务器推送消息到手机进行apk的下载，这样就非常的不方便了！
