updating documents to execute the knex for mysql

Just checked the tables on mysql.
everything is working perfectly.

the documents should be updated that before we executing the knex migration:latest
we need to import all environment settings from .env to the system.
to do that,
set -a
. .env
set +a

those 3 commands, will do export to the environment.

okay, the scripts was changed (not really)
they were already fine on production, and staging was fixed.
