Getting Art department csv data for import

The Art Department behaves like camps, where it comes to members in the art group.
For early arrival quota and all basic information,
we might want to take all the art_exhibit list, with their members, and import them.

• Get the excel, set the fields to match the camps import data.
• Create import file that can import with art __prototype
• Create menu to show Art exhibit.
• Copy camps.jade and edit.jade to match the art department.
