[PNI] Can’t browse some localized sub-categories

Some PNI sub-categories are broken in non-EN locales when you click on them from a category page.

Step 1: Open https://foundation.mozilla.org/fr/privacynotincluded/categories/smart-home/
Step 2: Click on one of the sub-categories, for instance Aspirateurs robots
Step 3: Try clicking on other sub-categories or categories, it won’t work

Two issues:

• The filtering didn’t work (it’s showing up the All category, with all products)
• You’re now stuck and can’t click on any category or sub-category without reloading the page

One interesting part is that the issue doesn’t affect all sub categories, for instance sub-categories here are working: https://foundation.mozilla.org/fr/privacynotincluded/categories/wearables/

One more note, accessing sub-categories directly does work, it’s just the dynamic filtering while browsing that’s broken
