Describe the bug

An error message is displayed on the Details screen when the location service is disabled

For a better experience, turn on device location, which uses Google's location service.

Regardless of whether I click on "No, thanks" or "OK", the window stays on the screen until the location service is started or the application is forcibly closed.

Expected behavior

I would prefer that clicking "No, thanks" closes the message and no longer requires the location service to be enabled.
When I clicked "OK", the location service turned on without further action on my part.
