Just a question being blunt. Why is this a "skill-local-MUSIC" and not "skill-local-MEDIA"?

OCP does support video's as well ?!?

Good question and I don't have a good answer other than I implemented music first. I think I would add separate libraries for different media types, but that could all happen in this one skill...

FWIW https://github.com/OpenVoiceOS/skill-ovos-local-media exists and supports several media types

AFAIK it is also neon compatible
