Objective

Default Coqui doesn't pronounce "speedtest.net" well, update dialog to help.

Initial Implementation Requirements

Update dialog to use words instead of "speedtest.net"

Other Considerations

This would mean text responses are less clear.. Consider waiting for SSML support in Coqui
