Check what's done so far at 15930-add-top-mods-to-dashboard and the src\extensions\mods_of_the_month_dashlet code.

On a basic level:

a new dashlet and\or extension to house the dashlet
appears on top row by default
checks a live remote json on startup (like the manifest and announcements), using as much same code as possible
example: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Nexus-Mods/Vortex-Backend/main/out/modsofthemonth.json
github action with input so that community can be taught to update every month

Todo

design data object to hold what we need in online json and for the workflow to update. date? youtube link? just the youtube vid id?
workflow script to make it as bulletproof as possible to update json
code to download the json, grab latest entry, send to the dashlet etc. fallback if github isn't working for users.
