Add DLL file version information

This is needed for software BOM requirements.

I'm willing to add the necessary resource files into the Visual Studio projects and create a pull request, if someone can specify the values to use for the VERSIONINFO structure and its StringFileInfo block fields:

• CompanyName
• FileDescription
• FileVersion
• LegalCopyright
• ProductName
• ProductVersion.
