Redirect command?

I was thinking about possible ways to set this up. I imagine:

• Invocation of the command might specify a channel to redirect to, the specific users who are having an off topic conversation, and/or the number of messages to prune from the current channel. If no users are specified, redirect all users who were in those messages.
• The bot might post the pruned messages in the appropriate channel for context, and mention the users involved so they can handle their discussion there.
• The users involved would get a temporary mute from the channel they were originally in, maybe until the bot detects that they've all moved their conversation.
