"Ask your followers" modal does not work when navigating back #1001

already ran into this one a few days ago, but only now could make sense of it. Seems like Turbo messes something up there

reproduction steps:

visit any page
click on a link
use the "Back" button on your browser
open the "Ask your followers" modal
the "Ask" button does not have an event anymore

it works again if you click on another link

nilsding added the bug label

Had a look into this earlier. .js-initialized on the "Ask" button persists when navigating backwards so the event doesn't get re-applied.
