Generate loadout code to be used in bakkesmod #425

User might find it useful to be able to easily copy other players' (most probably pros/content creators) loadout.

I've ported this functionality from bakkes to rl-loadout-lib so it can be used in the browser: https://github.com/Longi94/rl-loadout-lib/blob/231c663/src/utils/bakkes/loadout.ts#L24

While we're at it, might as well display loadout colors in the loadout dialogs.
