Prebuilt binary of gvrf library

It is a snapshot, created as of today. It aligns with Oculus mobile sdk 0.6.0 version.

2.0 binaries, for the Memorial Day Weekend hackathon

libs.zip contains the precompiled framework, so Hackathon participants don't have to compile alot of JNI code on laptops.

May22-docs.zip is a compiled JavaDoc tree, the same as what's available at http://docs.gearvrf.org/.
