for each (dataset, cell_id):
be able to create a filter over charge group/discharge group, give it a good name, a position in a grid, a color

The database side is done but need to implement the user interface

The user interface works. However, a few improvements needed:

  1. user interface layout optimization
  2. grid position should be settable at the "cell" level
  3. markers on top of colors may be useful
  4. actual plotting
