Yes, it is linked to determining the right set of investments to consider in an offshore wind farm. It is not that simple to determine the reactive power compensation location and sizing, the right cables, transformers, how to operate such a wind farm, etc.

A complete tool that indicates the best combination of investments.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There is always the impractical approach of manually trying all possibilities. This is very cumbersome and for obvious reasons we want something better.
