BUG: Error Etag when deploying

I get an Error message E-tag when deploying to Heroku. Temporary solves when I remove the static folder in Cloudinary. But that also removes all profile pictures and recipe images.

Important steps made:

• Debug set to FALSE

• Remove DISABLE_COLLECTSTATIC from Heroku Config Vars

• Delete static folder in Cloudinary - Not a long term solution doing this everytime.

• Create and connect to a new Heroku (did not work)

• Create a new Cloudinary for the project

SOLVED: Before deploying on Heroku the static folder in Cloudinary have to be removed. This wiill not remove recipe or profile images.
