Describe the bug
Can vote while frozen at game lobby spawn.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create or join a game
Press v to vote

Expected behavior
Should not be able to vote while player isn't controllable because it creates scene transitioning errors.

OS: Windows
Version 0.6.0

- by not freezing game on start
